8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Iloilo City, Philippines, or other courts of appropriate jurisdiction in the Philippines as determined by GrowthCrown Marketing Agency.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof. Such negotiations shall continue for a minimum of thirty (30) days before either party may resort to litigation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to mediation administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its rules. If mediation fails, arbitration may be pursued under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center rules, with the arbitral seat in Iloilo City, Philippines.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing access to our website. If you wish to terminate any active service agreements with GrowthCrown Marketing Agency, you must provide written notice in accordance with the termination clauses in your specific service contracts. Standard marketing service agreements require thirty (30) days written notice for termination without cause.
Upon termination, we will retain your business information and project materials for a period of six (6) months to facilitate potential service resumption, after which such materials may be archived or destroyed in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable Philippine laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. For material changes, we will notify all registered users via email and prominent notice on our website.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
